  • Partner with the Property team to manage lease data and capital reporting.
  • Support tax compliance and liaise with tax advisors.

We're Hiring: Financial Accountant! | Join Our Fun & Dynamic Hospitality Team

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

Are you a newly or recently qualified accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a love for all things numbers? Want to join a buzzing, multi-site hospitality business where your work really makes an impact? Then this could be your perfect next move!

What You'll Do:

As our Financial Accountant, you'll be a key player in our finance team, supporting the integrity of our Group's financial reporting and helping us stay on top of everything from audits to tax returns. You'll work closely with our Financial Controller and collaborate with teams across the business - from Property to Operations - to deliver accurate, insightful financial information that drives smart decisions.

You'll also:

  • Support on the production of Group interim and year-end accounts
  • Be the go-to for external auditors and ensure smooth audit delivery
  • Maintain accurate statutory records and ensure compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP
  • Partner with our Property team to manage lease data, capital reporting, and IFRS 16 calculations
  • Support tax compliance, VAT returns, and liaise with our tax advisors
  • Get involved in exciting ad-hoc projects such as M&A, restructuring, and more!
What You'll Bring:
  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar or equivalent role - audit background or first move into industry welcome!
  • Detail-Oriented: You're meticulous with numbers and love getting things right
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working with different teams and building strong relationships
  • Commercially Aware: You understand how finance supports business growth
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident with Excel and financial systems - experience with MRI Horizon is a bonus!
