Qualifications

• A professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Experience with financial close optimisation and general ledger systems is highly desirable.
• Strong data analytics and BI skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive finance transformation workstreams end-to-end.
• Analyse 'as-is' accounting processes and design 'to-be' processes for close and ledgers.
• Prepare documentation and support user training for new processes and systems.
• Collaborate with local and global finance teams to ensure project alignment.
• Support governance and control framework implementation for new processes (IFRS).
• Track KPIs and report benefits realization of transformation initiatives.
