Your new role:

Our new Finance Transformation Specialist will help set up the foundations for finance reporting, enabling automation and self-serve for various stakeholders within the Fund. This role will work closely with the global finance team to ensuring consistency of outcomes to enrich and enhance our capabilities internally.This will include:

Finance & Project Reporting

Reshape our reporting and integrate project reporting including dashboards and self-serve for internal stakeholders

Drive alignment with Australian Finance teams to support consistent and timely delivery to the Global Heads

Process Improvement & Automation

Assess requirements for implementation planning, and work with appropriate Technology and Oracle teams

Provide advice and guidance on streamlining, automation, and integration for major projects, including payroll, procurement, etc.

Develop new workflow processes for the International Finance domain and prepare necessary documentation

Work closely with the Product & Systems Finance team based in Australia to ensure International Offices aspects and deliverables are considered

Stakeholder Engagement

Work with all business domains, establishing strong relationships globally, including HR, Payroll, procurement, Projects, and Technology.

Support the Head of International Finance with communications on strategic transformation and reports for Senior Leader Committees and Boards etc

You will need:

Relevant Accounting Qualifications with highly developed financial & numerical capabilities

Significant exposure working in Financial Services (Funds/Audit/banking etc)

High level of familiarity and self-reliance with accounting packages

Excellent track record working with complicated organisation structures, encompassing multiple offices, investments, departments, and projects

Outstanding communication skills, working with stakeholders, managing tight deadlines

Ability to work autonomously and in a close-knit team environment

Ability to review, challenge and add value to the Finance team and Fund globally!

This position is based at London King’s Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund’s global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
