The Role
The Finance Transformation Project Manager will work across GroupM UK reporting to the Finance Operations Director. The role works closely with a team of business change professionals, the Finance function, and IT to mobilise strategic projects that will future-proof the business.

GroupM is one of the largest revenue contributors to parent company WPP. GroupM UK is enhancing its market offerings to create a 'gold standard' of integrated services for clients, while its agencies continue to deliver their strategic offerings tailored to client needs and digital marketing maturity.
Approach

What you’ll do
- Lead planning and delivery of finance transformation projects, collaborating across teams including WPP, Technology, and third parties.
- Manage overall project delivery, quality, and success metrics.
- Coordinate project plans from conception to implementation, working with operational and data teams.
- Provide project status reports, risk assessments, and benefits realization updates.
- Secure agreement on project scope, governance, and delivery plans.
- Prepare materials for senior stakeholder meetings.
- Identify and address risks and roadblocks early.
- Prioritise process issues impacting delivery with key stakeholders.
- Promote innovative solutions and continuous process improvements.
- Use influencing skills to drive progress and track actions.
- Translate business needs to technical teams, understanding technical impacts.
