Job summary

Vitesse PSP Ltd. is seeking a Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves transforming finance. You will lead reporting, drive system improvements, and partner across Finance, Technology and Operations to scale the business.

You will own month-end processes, consolidate across entities, and implement automated workflows to enhance efficiency and controls, while supporting audits and intercompany activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred).
• Experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant, in a complex business.
• Change-agent mindset: implement finance systems, improve integrations, automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close with timely reporting.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts across entities and currencies.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong controls.
• Support statutory reporting and external audits.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and settlements.
• Drive automation and improvement of finance processes and systems.
