Vitesse is seeking a Finance Manager to lead month-end and year-end close, and deliver consolidated accounts across multiple entities and currencies. You will strengthen financial controls and support audits in a fast‑paced environment.

The role focuses on transforming processes, automating workflows, and integrating finance systems while partnering with Technology and Operations to scale the business. Flexible working is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA or ACCA preferred.
• Experience as Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant in a complex business.
• Change agent mindset: automate processes and improve integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close with accurate reporting.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts across entities and currencies.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.
• Support statutory reporting and external audits.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and settlements.
• Drive automation and finance systems improvements.
