Job summary

Cumberland Farms in the United Kingdom is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join the Finance Projects team. You'll lead finance transformation initiatives across systems, processes, reporting and modelling, reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller (Projects).

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders in the UK, US, Germany and BENELUX, build strong relationships, coordinate activity and deliver practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong background in finance transformation projects.
• Experience with system implementations or process improvements in finance functions.
• Understanding of US GAAP desirable and capable of reporting across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support finance transformation projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
• Support system implementations and enhancements, including Oracle FCC.
• Design and implement improved finance processes with manual and automated solutions.
• Coordinate delivery with project managers and manage milestones and deliverables.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance and international teams.
• Assist in US GAAP reporting standards development and consistency.
• Extract and interpret financial data to support decision making.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query.
