Consult is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to advise the CFO of a Financial Services organisation on its transformation roadmap. The role involves hands-on delivery across procurement, cash operations, reporting, planning, treasury and credit analytics, working with senior finance, technology and business stakeholders to design more efficient and insight-driven finance functions.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience delivering Finance Transformation programmes within Financial Services.
• Experience with banks, insurers, building societies, asset managers or other regulated financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models, controls, reporting and data.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes.
• Experience across Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology and business functions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and control environments within Financial Services.
• Experience with finance systems, reporting tools, data platforms or process automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and delivery capabilities.

• Review Finance Transformation roadmaps.
• Share insights from hands-on experience on what other FS organisations are doing to achieve objectives and lessons learned.
• Act as a critical friend to senior stakeholders, opening issues before they arise.
• Contribute to workshops with industry perspectives.
