Job summary

Jss is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to lead a major multi‑year programme. The initial focus is Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, before expanding to operating model, processes, controls, data and reporting.

The role targets a seasoned transformation generalist from top-tier consulting with exceptional delivery and stakeholder management abilities. A strong accounting background is helpful but not essential, and senior management interaction is routine.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience at Senior Manager level in strategy/transformation consultancy.
• Strong track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Understanding of Finance end-to-end processes, controls and reporting.
• Experience managing third-party delivery partners and systems integrators.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal delivery lead for the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation with design, testing, cutover and stabilisation.
• Hold third‑party partners accountable against scope, milestones, quality and delivery commitments.
• Work with Finance SMEs to ensure the solution supports processes and the target operating model.
• Maintain the programme plan, managing milestones, dependencies and risks across Finance, Tech and Change.
• Oversee testing, data migration, controls and cutover readiness; ensure issues are resolved.
• Lead additional Finance Transformation initiatives as the programme evolves.
