Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead for a major finance company in Leeds city centre. The role is on a long-term contract with 4 days onsite per week, IR35 status, and an initial full-time 1-month contract with fractional work to follow.

The successful candidate will advise the CFO on the roadmap and oversee core finance transformation work spanning procurement, cash operations, reporting, planning, treasury, and credit analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance transformation programs.
• Ability to advise the CFO on roadmap and strategy.
• Familiarity with IR35 and contract governance.

Responsibilities

• Guide procurement and supplier management improvements.
• Oversee cash and payment operations optimization.
• Lead reporting, control enhancements, and financial insight initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a major finance company in Leeds city centre on a long term contract, as a Finance Transformation Lead.

This Finance Transformation Lead role advise the CFO on the roadmap will require 4 days onsite in Leeds city centre per week and will be inside IR35. Initially, this will be a full time 1 month contract, with fractional work to follow.
