Job summary

Fremantle UK, part of RTL Group and Bertelsmann, is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation, Integration & Innovation (FMUK) to lead finance transformation across FMUK and portfolios.

You will deliver a scalable operating model, drive process standardisation, and partner with UK CFOs/FDs and Group Finance to align reporting, controls and governance while enabling rapid integration of new portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance transformation agenda with measurable outcomes.
• Embed new and existing portfolios into a scalable FMUK operating model.
• Standardise month-end, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Drive automation and data analytics to improve outputs.
• Balance Group requirements with local portfolio needs.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, IT and portfolio teams to deliver change.
