Your Role

• Lead Transformation: As a Senior Manager within our EPM team you’ll drive and oversee innovative client engagements steering business planning transformations. Your leadership will deliver substantive business benefits and enhance process efficacy.
• Champion Innovation: Utilise your expertise to expand the boundaries of innovation implementing transformative ideas that significantly impact our clients. Forge and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders driving continuous thought leadership in Finance Transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Delivery: Lead the delivery of business planning aspects within Finance Transformation projects guiding diverse PwC/client teams. Ensure responsibility for achieving business benefits and effective process design. Identify and leverage further service opportunities while working closely with clients.
• Business Development: Innovate and drive visionary concepts from idea to implementation. Establish and sustain lasting connections with client stakeholders. Pioneer Finance Transformation thought leadership through collaboration with experts in Finance Strategy, ERP Transformation and related fields.
• Practice Development: Expand teams in the UK and global delivery centres by supporting recruitment and facilitating internal training programs. Mentor and develop team members enhancing their careers and contributing to their professional growth.
