People's Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Manager to sit at the heart of the CFO Office, linking Finance and Transformation leadership to coordinate priorities and reporting. You will help govern and track commitments, risks and dependencies, enabling the CFO and Finance Strategy Director and wider leadership to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a Finance or Secretariat role within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance, operating models and delivery management in Finance and Transformation.
• Proven ability to support and maintain control and oversight of delivery across multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams, with credibility and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Supports the coordination of governance activity and delivery cadence, ensuring consistent standards and execution across all Finance and Transformation activity.
• Provides early visibility of delivery risks, governance issues and execution challenges.
• Tracks actions and commitments, supporting ownership clarity and progress across the team.
• Maintains the central delivery view across CFO priorities, plans and commitments.
• Supports delivery coordination across Finance and Transformation, helping leaders maintain oversight of progress and dependencies.
• Provides forward visibility of upcoming decision points, governance activity and delivery risks.
