  3. Facilitating client workshops to understand their finance operations.
  4. Identifying practical improvement initiatives to modernise finance functions and support strategic vision.
  5. Leading and managing finance transformation projects.
What we are looking for:

You should demonstrate the ability to lead finance transformation projects, have a strong understanding of finance process design, and a proven track record of delivering value.

We value diverse experiences. Our ideal candidate will have:

  1. Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT, etc.)
  2. Significant PQE experience, ideally within professional services or a mix of in-house and consulting experience
  3. Experience leading large-scale finance transformation projects, including process redesign, technology implementations, and operating model redesign
  4. Experience designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models
  5. Strong understanding of finance processes, especially in FP&A, R2R, P2P, and O2C
  6. Confidence in leading engagements, planning workshops, identifying process gaps, and proposing solutions
