Financial Transformation and Automation Consultant

A fast-growing international company is transforming its Finance function and Financial Systems landscape. The company is scaling quickly and is looking to identify and implement scalable solutions to support its continued growth.

They are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Consultant with strong Finance Process Automation experience to transform finance processes and deploy automation tools.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct finance business analysis and process harmonisation and improvement initiatives
• Automate finance and accounting processes using finance automation tools and financial systems
• Collaborate with accounting teams and finance stakeholders to map current ('as-is') and define future ('to-be') processes
• Harmonise and standardise finance processes focusing on efficiency
• Leverage technologies including RPA and AI to automate key processes
• Drive change management: facilitate adoption of new processes within finance and accounting teams and provide end-user support
• Support training on best practices in RPA and automation tools

Requirements:

• Experience as a Finance Transformation Consultant with strong financial systems and automation expertise
• Experience with Cloud ERP systems (e.g., Workday, MS Dynamics BC, D365, Oracle Cloud, Netsuite)
• Prior experience with Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Power Automate, UI Path, Blue Prism, Blackline
• Experience automating finance processes like AP, bank reconciliations, and identifying new areas for improvement
• Technical skills such as VBA, Access, .NET, Java, SQL, or Python, especially for developing bots

Location:

Remote, UK or Europe, with international travel within Europe
