Job summary

HSL Compliance is seeking a Business Analyst (Finance Transformation) to support a 6‑month finance transformation programme. The role is remote with occasional site travel, full-time, fixed-term contract, and offers £65,000–£75,000 salary.

You will design standardised finance processes, develop test strategies, and coordinate SIT/UAT while driving data cleansing and migration activities. The ideal candidate has ERP implementation experience (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred), strong

Qualifications

• ERP implementation experience on finance transformations.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes across organisations.
• Hands-on test management including SIT, UAT and defect management.
• Ability to own a workstream and deliver independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication with Finance, IT, and stakeholders.
• Organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data cleansing and data migration is advantageous.
• Accounting or project-management qualifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the Programme Manager in planning and delivering change across the programme.
• Design standardised finance processes and embed them across HSL entities.
• Develop the test approach and plan with scripts and test cases.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT, manage defects and obtain sign-off.
• Lead data cleansing and data enhancement for migration readiness.
• Plan and support cutover activity as entities move to new processes and systems.
• Build strong relationships across Finance, IT and the wider business.
