Job summary
University College London seeks an Associate Lecturer (Teaching) in Finance and Technology - Innovation to lead and teach from January 2027, delivering at least three IFT modules related to venture capital, innovation finance and fintech. The appointment is fixed-term to 30 September 2027, with potential for flexible or job-share arrangements.
The role is based in London, within a leading global university; candidates will contribute to a diverse academic community and engage with industry links
Qualifications
- Experience teaching in higher education, preferably in finance, financial economics, banking or private equity.
- Ability to connect theory with industry practice in corporate finance and digital finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and teach at least three IFT modules in venture capital, private equity, innovation finance and fintech.
- Develop teaching materials and assessments; supervise MSc dissertations (10-12 students).
- Support students toward independent, original work.
