Overview

We are recruiting for a Finance Team Supervisor to join a dynamic projects team based in Leeds. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations that support key works and projects. This will involve budgeting managing, invoicing and closing open projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular one to ones, appraisals, and mid-year reviews.
• Approve annual leave, monitor absence, and support staff wellbeing. Ensure compliance with company policies and manage day-to-day team administration.
• Maintain compliance with company policies around financial approvals and risk.
• Monitor and expedite invoicing to ensure timely revenue recognition.
• Liaise with Project Managers for project-related financial support.
• Provide support for audit processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support wider business needs by deputising for the Project Finance Manager as required.
