Job summary

Caledonian Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting a Finance Team Leader / Finance Supervisor in Aylesbury. The role is hands-on and leads a small finance team while ensuring accurate month-end close and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee day-to-day finance activities, manage prepayments and accruals, review VAT returns, and support the junior team. Sage 50 experience is a plus. Monday–Friday, with a pension and holidays on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Finance Team Leader, Finance Supervisor or Senior Accounts role.
• Strong understanding of prepayments, accruals, VAT returns and balance sheet reconciliations.
• AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent is required.
• Sage 50 experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and develop a small team.
