Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes in Leeds, is recruiting a Finance Team Lead to partner with site operations, overseeing budgeting, costing, inventory, and monthly close. You will lead a small on-site team and deliver concise financial insights to senior management.

You will drive CAPEX management, variance analysis, and process improvements while maintaining data integrity in ERP systems. On-site presence is required with one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Profes­sional qualification required (ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting.
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly manufacturing results with clear explanations of financial performance.
• Manage standard and actual costing, including inventory and accruals reconciliation.
• Own site budgeting and rolling forecasts with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
