Transaction Recruitment Ltd. is pleased to present a Finance Administrator role in Marston Green. You will lead a small claims and payments team, owning the claims and payments activity behind a major funded programme.

Based in a supportive finance function, you will develop processes, manage daily reconciliations, deliver accurate management information and ensure audit-ready records. The role offers scope to grow with the team and contribute to high-impact outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience leading a team in finance, claims, or payments.
• Ability to juggle workloads and deadlines with quality.
• Motivate, coach and develop others while maintaining standards.
• High-volume, well-controlled processing environment experience.
• Strong numeracy, data interpretation and MI skills.
