Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a client seeking a Finance & Accounting Expert to design complex benchmark tasks for FP&A, reporting, auditing, and reconciliations. The role is remote and contract-based, with emphasis on clear instructions, robust rubrics, and high-quality materials.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on FP&A and financial reporting experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent written English. CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, or reconciliations experience.
• Experience developing or applying structured review standards (checklists, rubrics).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze across multiple documents.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi-step finance and accounting tasks based on practical workflows (FP&A, reporting, audits, reconciliations).
• Create clear task instructions and objective grading rubrics for reliable evaluation.
