Seetec Group Ltd. in the United Kingdom is looking for a Finance Systems Support Officer to join our Finance team in a development role, providing day-to-day system support, data accuracy, and compliant processes across the organisation.

The role offers remote/flexible location in South England, 37 hours per week, and a competitive salary of £25,877 to £29,000 per annum, with benefits including leave, pension, healthcare, and salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance, administration, systems support, data administration, helpdesk or business support role.
• Confident user of business systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Good Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas and simple data checks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow documented processes and maintain clear records.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to log, track and escalate issues effectively.
• Basic understanding of finance processes such as purchase orders, invoices, suppliers, customers, coding, expenses or approvals.
• Organised and able to manage routine deadlines and competing requests.
• Comfortable working with data, forms, trackers and system records.

Are you a detail-oriented administrator with strong system skills and an interest in finance, data, and process improvement?

We're looking for a Finance Systems Support Officer to join our Finance team in a development role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administration, finance support, system administration, helpdesk, or data management who is looking to develop a career in finance systems.

Working closely with the Finance Systems Analyst and Finance Systems Manager, you'll provide day-to-day support to colleagues across the organisation, helping to ensure finance systems run smoothly, users receive excellent support, and data remains accurate and compliant.
