Job summary

CPL UK is seeking a Finance Systems and Control Officer in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The role focuses on administering Unit4 and related income systems within a hybrid pattern, supporting users and strengthening financial controls.

You will work with the Finance Systems team to maintain data integrity, support upgrades and enhance system functionality, while collaborating with finance professionals across the council. This is a development-focused, long-term systems career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the administration and operation of Unit4 and associated income systems.
• Managing user access, system configuration and data maintenance activities.
• Supporting system interfaces and data uploads.
• Investigating and resolving user queries and support tickets.
• Assisting with system testing, upgrades and enhancements.
• Producing reports and maintaining financial control processes.
• Working closely with technical accountants, finance colleagues and service users across the organisation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve system functionality, processes and user experience.
