Job summary

Kingsley Napley is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join its London-based Finance team. The role involves mentoring an administrator and delivering modern reporting capabilities as the firm transitions from SSRS to a contemporary platform.

You will work in a collaborative environment with hybrid working (40%–60% in the office), supporting the finance systems strategy and interacting with Finance, IT and vendors. Strong SSRS, SQL and Aderant/Elite PMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance Systems support role, ideally with SSRS and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes and controls.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the finance systems strategy, roadmap and improvements.
• Administer, maintain, support and enhance finance applications.
• Ensure systems are secure, compliant, stable and aligned to needs.
• Act as liaison between Finance, IT and vendors.
• Gather requirements and translate into practical system solutions.
• Manage upgrades, testing, training and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with teams and vendors.
• Maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, controls and reporting.
