Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain finance systems ERP NetSuite, focusing on data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure confident and effective use of finance systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation of system processes and procedures.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and conducting data analysis as needed.
• Monitor system performance and execute upgrades to improve functionality.
• Stay informed of industry trends related to finance software to ensure best practices are adopted.

Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in finance systems ERP (NetSuite) or similar roles.
• Working knowledge of IFRS.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, with a strong understanding of database management.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, including proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, collaborative approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
