Finance Systems (COINS / ERP) Automation Tester

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Automation Testing specialist who is familiar with COINS (or similar ERP / Financial software) and can provide training and support to our user base.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth software adoption, enhancing user experience, and promoting best practices for maximising software functionality. This role will oversee the management of test plans and journeys using testing software to verify performance and reliability, aligning with our systems' evergreen model, and supporting change management during delivery. The position involves both operational activities and project work. Additionally, the candidate will deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Finance Systems to both new and existing customers to ensure proficiency in using the applications.

Key Deliverables and Accountabilities

1. Collaborate with the Finance Systems Team to understand project strategies and upcoming user testing requirements.
2. Configure and manage testing software to support health checks and change management deliveries.
3. Identify system defects from testing and work closely with developers and third parties to resolve them.
4. Build and evolve test automation processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training that streamlines processes and optimizes Finance Systems.
6. Work with the Finance Systems Team to understand training requirements based on project pipelines.
7. Provide multiple learning opportunities to the user base.
8. Keep learning materials relevant and current with system versions.
9. Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.

Key Skills

• Experience with automation testing software and procedures.

• ITIL Foundation v3/v4 (preferred).
