We have an exciting opportunity available for a Automation Testing specialist who is familiar with COINS (or similar ERP / Financial software) that can also provide training / support to our userbase.

You will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth software adoption, enhancing user experience, and promoting best practices for maximising software functionality. The role will additionally be accountable for overseeing the management of test plans and journeys using testing software to verify performance and reliability that aligns with our systems evergreen model in conjunction with supporting change management on delivery. This role will be a mix of operational activities as well as project works. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training Finance Systems sessions to both new and existing customers, to ensure they are proficient in using the applications.

Key Deliverables and Accountabilities

  • Collaborating with the Finance Systems Team to understand the strategy and pipeline of upcoming projects for user testing requirements.
  • Configuring and managing the testing software to align with good health checking and change management deliveries.
  • Identify from testing, system defects and working closely with Finance Systems Team developers and 3rd parties to resolve them.
  • Working actively in building and evolving the test automations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver training that streamlines processes and improve optimisation of Finance Systems.
  • Collaborating with the internal Finance Systems Team to understand the strategy and pipeline of upcoming projects for training requirements within deliver.
  • Actively working to provide multiple learning opportunities to the user base.
  • Ensuring learning materials are kept relevant and current to versions of the systems.
  • Documenting process and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.

Key Skills

  • Automation testing software and test procedures.
  • Understanding of COINS ERP (or similar)
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver first class training using disciplines and frameworks.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent perceptiveness with process and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor communication to target audiences.

Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation v3/v4 - Preferred
