Job summary

Finance & Performance seeks a proactive Finance Systems & Data Analyst in Aylesford to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will shape financial reporting, BI, and ERP improvements across the organisation.

You’ll develop management information, create Power BI dashboards, and support Acumatica ERP optimisation, data quality, and process automation, collaborating with stakeholders to drive smarter, data-led decisions.

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Finance Systems & Data Analyst to join our Finance team and help shape the future of financial reporting, business intelligence and systems development across the organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Working closely with Finance and operational teams, you'll develop meaningful management information, create insightful Power BI reporting and support the ongoing optimisation of our Acumatica ERP system. You'll play a key role in improving data quality, enhancing system capability and reducing reliance on manual processes and spreadsheet-based reporting.

What You'll Do

• Develop and improve financial and operational reporting.
• Create dynamic dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Support the development and optimisation of the Acumatica ERP system.
• Improve data quality, reporting efficiency and process automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver reporting and systems improvements.

What We're Looking For

• A strong understanding of finance and financial reporting.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Acumatica.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
