Job summary

Chaucer Group is a leading insurance group with a global footprint and London HQ. It seeks a hands‑on Finance Systems Analyst responsible for safeguarding Finance processes and optimising run activities within Finance Product Management.

You will work with Finance, Engineering, Architecture and Quality Assurance to maintain stable, well‑controlled Finance products. The role focuses on ERP, subledgers, EPM and analytics, supporting end‑to‑end processes, regulatory requirements and continuous

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance systems (ERP, subledgers, EPM, analytics).
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and controls.
• Proven ability to work with Finance SMEs, Owners and engineers to design and improve systems.
• Experience in agile environments and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Finance system strategy and contribute to the long‑term roadmaps.
• Analyse Finance processes end‑to‑end to identify improvements and transformations.
• Assess data flows, gaps, risks across the finance tech landscape.
• Collaborate to design, enhance or integrate Finance systems and capabilities.
• Support implementation, including requirements, testing and user readiness.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
