Job summary

Page Personnel in Northern Ireland is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to own and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 across a growing £250m+ multi-entity business, acting as the primary finance systems expert.

You will bridge Finance, Operations and IT, translate business requirements into system improvements, drive adoption of ERP capabilities and lead end-to-end processes including P2P, GL and month-end close.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a finance environment, delivering ERP improvements or projects.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes including Purchase-to-Pay, General Ledger, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and controls.
• Experience gathering requirements, testing solutions and implementing process enhancements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to translate technical concepts for finance and operations.
• Analytical, curious and commercially minded with a focus on data integrity and process optimization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Systems Analyst should have:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a finance environment, with the ability to support, optimise and drive adoption of ERP functionality.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes including Purchase-to-Pay, General Ledger, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and financial controls.
• Demonstrable experience delivering systems improvements or ERP projects, including gathering requirements, testing solutions and implementing process enhancements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for finance and operational teams.
• Analytical, curious and commercially minded, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement, data integrity and process optimisation.
