Job summary

Page Personnel in Northern Ireland is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to own and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 across a growing £250m+ multi-entity business, acting as the primary finance systems expert.

You will bridge Finance, Operations and IT, translate business requirements into system improvements, drive adoption of ERP capabilities and lead end-to-end processes including P2P, GL and month-end close.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a finance environment, delivering ERP improvements or projects.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes including Purchase-to-Pay, General Ledger, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and controls.
• Experience gathering requirements, testing solutions and implementing process enhancements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to translate technical concepts for finance and operations.
• Analytical, curious and commercially minded with a focus on data integrity and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 across a growing £250m+ multi-entity business, acting as the primary finance systems expert.
• Bridge the gap between Finance, Operations and IT, translating business requirements into system improvements and workflows.
• Improve financial controls, reporting, data integrity and end-to-end processes including purchase-to-pay, general ledger and month-end close activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, driving system adoption, enhancing reporting through Power BI and identifying automation opportunities.
• Play a key role in finance transformation and business integration projects within the construction and infrastructure group.
