Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Finance System Implementation Lead to procure, design and implement a modern finance system across Dorset HealthCare and Dorset County Hospital.

You will lead a cross-functional programme, delivering automation, governance and improved decision-making while shaping future ways of working within the NHS trust.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale finance system implementations, ERP deployments or major digital transformation programmes.
• Strong programme and project management skills with delivery to time, cost and quality.
• Experience developing business cases, leading procurement exercises and managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication with senior leaders and staff.
• A deep understanding of financial management, governance and data quality requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate options and manage risk.

As Finance System Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for procuring, designing and implementing a modern finance system that will transform how financial services are delivered across Dorset HealthCare and Dorset County Hospital.
