Completing quality-control checks on financial transactions and system reporting, identifying issues and ensuring appropriate action is taken.

Monitoring team performance against key performance indicators and preparing clear management information on client performance for senior stakeholders and the Board.

Managing complex financial queries, escalated complaints and key client relationships in a professional and solutions-focused way.

Developing and documenting financial accounting processes, keeping procedures and user guides accurate and up to date.

Leading and supporting projects that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, reduce risk and promote better use of systems and new functionality.
