We are a high-performance Formula One Team driven by innovation, precision, and passion. Our Finance team plays a vital role in supporting the business and racing operations by providingaccuratefinancial information, robust controls, and insightful analysis that helps drive informed decision-making. As a Finance Student Placement,you'llgain valuable experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, contributing to the financial processes that support success both on and off the track.
During the placement,you'llsupport the Finance team across a variety of accounting, reporting, and analysis activities. Working alongside experienced finance professionals,you'llgain exposure to financial operations within Formula One, helping to ensureaccuratereporting, effective budget management, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
Assistwith the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and reconciliations
Helpmaintainaccuratefinancial records and ensure data integrity within finance systems
Assistwith purchase invoice processing, supplier payments, and expense management
Support budget monitoring and cost analysis activities across departments
Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
Assistinidentifyingopportunities to improve financial processes and controls
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to provide financial support and insight
Participate in departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Currently studying a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Accounting & Finance, or a related discipline and seeking an industry placement during your penultimate year of university
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
Excellent attention to detail anda high levelof accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
An interest in financial analysis, accounting principles, business performance, and commercial decision-making
You must have the right to work in the UK, as we cannot provide sponsorship for this role
