Job summary

Rialtas, part of the Harris Computer family, is seeking a Finance Software Trainer/Consultant to guide clients through our market-leading accounting and administration software. The role combines training delivery, data migrations, and on-site support across the UK, with a hybrid, part-time arrangement.

You'll empower councils and organisations to maximise value from our solutions, using clear communication, practical coaching, and adaptive AI-assisted content creation.

Qualifications

• Clear, patient communication with clients (in person or remote).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong Excel is advantageous.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work, with openness to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Set up financial software for new clients, including data migration and hands-on training (online or on-site).
• Support Year-End accounts prep and data entry; occasional on-site visits.
• Provide refresher training and ongoing consultancy to maximise value of our software.
