A global financial services group, Macquarie Group, seeks a Finance Senior Manager for Asset Management to oversee finance teams across London and Luxembourg. This role involves financial governance, regulatory reporting, and enhancing operational efficiencies, requiring strong leadership and extensive experience in financial accounting and control.
Our Financial Management, People, and Engagement team supports Macquarie Asset Management by delivering financial control, governance, and strategic insights. We work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements. Our team plays a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting the growth of our business in the EMEA region.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What role will you play?
As Financial Controller for Macquarie Asset Management in the EMEA region, you will lead our finance teams in London and Luxembourg, providing financial oversight and governance. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including regional and global finance heads, business leaders, and external auditors, to ensure effective legal entity management and financial control. In this role, you will also support regulatory reporting, oversee financial statements under Lux GAAP/UK GAAP, and drive process improvements and standardisation initiatives.
