Job summary

CBC Recruitment Solutions is seeking a sales co-ordinator to work closely with the head of sales in order to maximise opportunity within the caravans and motorhomes finance sector.

You will lead pipeline acceleration, conduct welcome and growth calls with new customers, and package deals from application to completion, including broker onboarding and integration. This role suits someone with internal sales or account management experience in consumer lending.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, sales support or account management in consumer lending.
• Knowledge of motor finance would be ideal.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Acceleration: Proactively chase outstanding deals, remove obstacles, and push business over the line.
• Welcome & Growth Calls: Make high-energy welcome calls to new customers and spot opportunities for product sales.
• Strategic Deal Packaging: Structure and package deals from application to completion with brokers and dealers.
• Broker Onboarding & Integration: Drive seamless onboarding, ensure documentation is complete and processed quickly.
