Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Lead to support Corporate Engineering functions, including Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, and Audit. The successful candidate will own the management and improvement of critical Oracle OCI and Fusion applications, driving the transformation of Corporate Engineering to meet strategic goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in site reliability engineering and a demonstrable ability to implement technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Role Description

  • Lead all aspects of service delivery and operational readiness for the overall Corporate Engineering platform (ORMB, EBS, EPM, EDM), as well as the existing tech stack supporting Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, and Audit functions.
  • Collaborate with Oracle to monitor the service availability of underpinning infrastructure, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its inbound and outbound integration capabilities.
  • Be responsible for the process for Oracle patches and upgrades, coordinating with the Oracle CoE and managing release notes to ensure that capabilities are communicated effectively to the SRE team.
  • Lead regression testing and impact analysis in collaboration with technical partners and CoE leadership.
  • Lead the functional and technical teams supporting Level 2 operations, serving as the connector between Level 1 and Level 3 support.
  • Coordinate batch and scheduler configurations to ensure smooth platform operations.
  • Maintain and handle extensions and the IaaS/PaaS environments, including implementing robust security controls.
  • Ensure optimal utilization and management of platform environments to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate compliance control effectiveness through evidence-based approaches.
  • Support the strategic insourcing of critical roles within the team.
  • Lead all aspects of release management, configuration master control, and deployment of functional changes to Production.
  • Handle technical changes and ensure platform stability in the production environment.
  • Plan and complete disaster recovery (DR) testing and conduct regular documentation reviews with the CoE.


Required Skills
  • Extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on complex corporate environments.
  • Strong expertise in supporting Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, and Audit functions within a large organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle-based implementations, particularly OCI and Fusion platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle finance platforms for ERP and Billing systems.
  • Functional and business knowledge of financial products and processes.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle products across multiple solution models (SaaS, PaaS, managed services, etc.).
  • Expertise in industry-standard processes and frameworks to ensure operational excellence.


Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in financial services or similarly supervised industries.
  • Familiarity with working in global organizations and sophisticated post-merger integration programs.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key technology suppliers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical partners effectively.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest industry developments and technological innovations.
  • Adaptive mentality, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shift strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Strategic problem-solving capabilities, with a good eye for business and understanding of technological trends.
