DWF is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join our Finance & Restructuring team across UK offices on a hybrid basis. You will shape, develop and share legal knowledge to support fee earners with high-quality resources and insights.

You will lead Know-how, Research & Development, and Training activities, working with lawyers and PSLs to create precedents and practical guidance, and advise on AI tools to enhance workflows.

Formación

• 8+ years PQE as a solicitor in banking and finance, with knowledge of acquisition and leveraged finance, structured finance, real estate finance, or restructuring.
• Strong familiarity with LMA documentation and negotiating LMA-based finance docs.
• Excellent IT skills and experience delivering group training.
• Previous PSL experience is ideal but not essential.
• Experience producing knowledge materials, precedents, and client training resources.

Responsabilidades

• Lead knowledge management Know How, Research and Development, and Training for Clients.
• Identify and disseminate relevant cases and articles to departments.
• Develop precedents and practice notes; implement procedures to improve fee-earner efficiency.
• Deliver in-house training sessions and organise external trainers.
• Produce articles, briefings and client training materials.
