Send CofE Primary School invites applications for a part-time Finance & Resources Manager. This brand-new role blends financial management with facilities oversight, aligned to term-time hours.

You will manage day-to-day finance operations, budgets, procurement, health-and-safety routines, and site compliance, while supporting senior leaders and governors with timely insights and forecasts. Start January 2027 (or later by negotiation).

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in financial management, budget tracking or resource coordination.
• Educational setting experience desirable but not essential.
• Qualification in business management, finance or facilities, or demonstrable experience.
• Solid knowledge of financial controls, procurement guidelines and health & safety.
• Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills with contractors and staff.

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, monitor budgets, and provide forecast insights.
• Manage health & safety routines, premises logistics and supplier contracts.
• Support senior leaders and governors with timely financial reporting.
• Ensure efficient resource management across the school estate.
