Job summary

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Finance Assistant to join the Finance team in Warwick. You will support the Deputy Finance Manager with financial reporting, forecasting and analysis, and work closely with clinical and operational managers and budget holders to provide a comprehensive financial management service across divisions.

The role involves producing timely, accurate information for board reporting and supporting development of planning documents.

Qualifications

• Assist Deputy Finance Manager with financial reporting and planning.
• Produce timely, accurate financial information for division reporting.
• Support development of reporting, forecasting and planning documents.

Responsibilities

• Support production of Board reports and finance team reporting.
• Consolidate information, including forecasting of activity, income and expenditure and analysis of key movements.
• Work with Divisions, budget holders and managers to provide a cohesive financial service.
• Assist a wide range of projects in specific development areas as determined by the Deputy Finance Manager.
