CKB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Finance Administrator/Insurer Reconciliation Handler for a fully office-based role in Ely. You will reconcile insurer statements, investigate discrepancies and ensure payments and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you will use Excel and finance systems, build relationships with internal teams and external contacts, and maintain high standards of data accuracy in a busy finance team.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• A methodical, organised approach to work.
• Strong problem-solving and research skills.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.
• Previous experience in reconciliation, finance administration or accounts would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile insurer statements and investigate outstanding items.
• Complete monthly reconciliations and report any discrepancies.
• Set up insurer payments through the bank.
• Review financial transactions and check data accuracy.
• Use Excel and finance systems to support day-to-day processes.
• Build positive relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
• Follow financial procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy.
