Qualifications

• Previous experience in a finance administration or reconciliation role.
• Strong Excel reconciliation experience is essential.
• Experience reconciling bank or financial accounts.
• Good understanding of transactional finance.
• Experience processing journals and payments would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Completing bank and account reconciliations.
• Using Excel extensively to complete and support reconciliations.
• Investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies.
• Loading and processing journals.
• Raising and processing payments.
• Allocating credits to customer accounts.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Processing day-to-day financial transactions.
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider finance team.
• Supporting with wider finance administration as required.
