Job Description:

You will have the opportunity to drive the support of specific workstreams within individual projects and assist in the development and deployment of the Strategic Operating model.

As a Project Manager in the Finance Project Team, you will lead and deliver projects that enhance functionality and reporting provided by existing corporate reporting platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery following the Project Life Cycle. You will partner with key business and technology partners to analyze business/operational processes, identify requirements, oversee technology build, manage user testing, and coordinate solution implementation. Additionally, you will provide senior management with comprehensive project updates.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive support of specific workstreams within projects and assist in developing and deploying the Strategic Operating model
  • Lead sub-working groups or create key project deliverables (data analysis, process flows, RACI diagrams, communications) to support strategic development
  • Assist with key program issues or risks to resolution
  • Partner with external operational leadership, SMEs, and stakeholders to design and implement the global operating model
  • Develop change management plans for transitioning to the new operating model
  • Manage the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology
  • Lead documentation of business requirements and user stories
  • Manage UAT processes, including test strategy, testers, and test management
  • Maintain project plans, metrics, risks/issues, and prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management
  • Support other projects with business and data analysis and communicate updates effectively
