We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our finance transformation team. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and orchestrating the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.
The role sits in the Transformation function, a business wide project, which is responsible for delivering:
- One business and finance ERP solution across all clients and internal workstreams
- End to End process review, re-design and implementation to deliver to our clients, RSIS, as an efficient organisation
What you will be doing:
Project Planning and Initiation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings to align the team with project goals and expectations.
- To effectively deliver project outcomes to agreed scope, time, cost and quality targets.
- To provide regular, timely and high-quality Project status reports.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Organise and manage key workstream leads and project contributors.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets project milestones.
- Advise & implement on project management frameworks, ways of working.
End-to-End Project Oversight:
- Maintain a holistic view of the entire project, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Monitor and control project execution against the project plan, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
