Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in project management within finance transformation or change programmes.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles with a track record of delivering financial systems and business change projects.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, including ERP implementations and technical system integrations.
• A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbalmunication skills, with the aptitude to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing multiple workstreams in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (, PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable.
• Technical knowledge of finance systems and platforms; exposure to tools such as Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• An accounting background is beneficial, although professional qualifications are not essential.
