The Team

Join our dynamic Finance Team, where you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects, including our Rewards and Compensation Program. This team is dedicated to driving transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of our new ERP system. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values professional growth and offers the chance to make a significant impact within the organisation.

How You Will Contribute

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing governance frameworks, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Your role will involve:

  • Designing and implementing the program governance structure, including decision-making frameworks and escalation protocols.
  • Creating and managing the master program timeline with detailed tracking of all workstream activities.
  • Developing and enforcing project management standards and methodologies across all workstreams.
  • Producing high-quality executive-level presentations and documentation for steering committee and leadership reviews.
  • Orchestrating cross-functional activities across all workstreams, including Staff Compensation, MD (Partner) Compensation, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and more.
  • Creating and distributing comprehensive status reports for various stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of consulting or professional services experience.
  • Proven track record in project management similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience with large-scale transformation programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, HR, etc.).

Preferred

  • Experience with HR, compensation, or ERP implementation projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
  • MBA or relevant Master's degree.
