Opportunity: Netsuite Project Manager

Contract: 12 month FTC

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000

Location: South London

Hybrid: 1 day onsite

We are looking for a Finance Project Manager to join our client on 12 month FTC and lead the Finance workstream within a large CRM replacement program. This pivotal role requires spearheading finance transformation initiatives, optimising compliance, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing financial insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and make a significant impact on the organisation’s financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver finance transformation activities within the CRM replacement program.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Drive process transformation to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Lead system integration efforts, focusing on ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful change adoption.
  • Enable and facilitate change management processes across finance operations.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in finance processes, especially O2C (Order to Cash) and R2R (Record to Report).
  • In-depth knowledge of billing and revenue processes.
  • Experience in ERP and CRM system implementations, with a strong preference for NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
