Job summary

Colbern Limited in Rugby is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead on all corporate finance activities. The role is on-site in Rugby, with a daily rate of £500 negotiable depending on experience, and is inside IR35.

The candidate will be a hands-on technical accountant responsible for production of accounts, external audit, VAT, CIS returns, fixed assets, treasury management, cash flow and more.

Qualifications

• Must be a fully qualified accountant and be basically, a hands-on technical accountant that will also have all the responsibility for all corporate finance items
• Must have sufficient and recent experience in District and Borough Councils
• For the first couple of weeks will need to be on site in Rugby probably for at least 4 days each week
• After that it will need a weekly on site presence of 2 or 3 days - depending on business need
• Inside IR35
• This is not a 'just manage' - it's very many hands on
